Refund and Return Policy

At Sheevo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth return process.


1. 7-Day Return Policy

You may return an item within 7 days of the delivery date if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging are intact.

  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect handling.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@sheevo.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sheevo.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at orders@sheevo.com.
