Thank you for shopping at Sheevo. We are committed to delivering your products quickly and securely across India. Please read the following policy to understand our shipping process and terms.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping only within India.
📦 International shipping is not available.

All orders must include a valid Indian shipping address and serviceable PIN code.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak sales or holiday periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

3. Delivery Timeline

We offer Standard Shipping Nationwide via trusted logistics partners.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and included in your final payment amount.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can track your package through our website or the courier partner’s portal using the tracking link.

6. Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure:

  • Your address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • Someone is available at the address to receive the delivery.

Sheevo is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
  • Packages returned to sender due to delivery refusal

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery is subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting original shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  1. Do not accept the package from the delivery agent.
  2. Take clear photographs or video of the package.
  3. Report it within 24 hours to support@sheevo.com with your order number.

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
